Abstract
Possibility of temporal characteristics of scattered radiosignals under multipath propagation was analyzed. A scheme of millimeter-length radiowaves transceiver was presented. The feasibility of “window” function using for processing of received signal was shown based on the modelling of the measuring system operation.

The adaptive for intensivity of measuring noise filters for smooth of sensor signals are considered. The adaptation are realized at the expense of the statistical processing of the filtering errors. The algorithm of adaptive filter coefficients calculation and modeling results are presented.

Abstract
The effectiveness of the screening constant magnetic field is multi-layered film screens system of NiFe/Cu, formed on the cylindrical housing of photomultiplier tubes, and compared with screen-based steel material – brand 80NHS permalloy. It is shown that the most effective is the screen on the basis of the multilayered film screens, which provide shielding effectiveness value 8–10 in magnetic fields with induction of 0,1–1 mT, and 80–100 – in magnetic fields with induction of 2–4 mT , which is 4–5 times higher than for the screen of the material 80NHS.

Problems of mathematical modeling of Static Fourier Transform Imaging Spectrometers (SFTIS) for the Earth remote sensing from space are investigated. Rational sequence of the main stages of modeling are proposed. SFTIS mathematical modeling is performed to optimize the features of the instrument.

Abstract
A mathematical model of cylindrical shaped plane-ended scanning Kelvin probe output signal is proposed considering the case of an infinite plane sample's surface with local defects represented by dot charges. Modeling results were obtained for the case of two closely situated dot charges anddifferent combinations of scanning Kelvin probe tip's diameter and sample-to-probe gap. It was found that the most effective way to improve the lateral resolution of a scanning Kelvin probe is to reduce the sample-to-probe gap in line with the reduction of sensor's vibration amplitude.

Abstract
Influence of technological parameters (temperature of substrate, number of Ge layers, ion treatment) on optical properties of Si/Ge nanostructures with Ge quantum dots have been studied. The Raman scattering lines related to the Si-Si, Ge-Ge and Si-Ge vibration modes have been detected in the Raman spectra of Si/Ge nanostructures. A significant enhancement of intensity of luminescence band at 0.8 eV related with radiative recombination on Ge quantum dots is observed after hydrogen-plasma ion treatment of Si-Ge nanostructures. It is important for increasing of the luminescence quantum efficienty of devices on the base of Si nanolayer with Ge quantum dots.

Abstract
The results of the theoretical analysis of dynamics of correlation determination between the contradirectional waves in ring lasers for low frequencies are given. This dynamics ensures a differential mode of an operation of the ring lasers as a sensor of the angle displacements. Presence of two modes of stabilization of a correlation is determined: a fast and a slow.

Abstract
It is considered two parameter the sensors of level of a liquid. The sensors contains three cylindrical electrodes of unequal length. The potential of an average electrode varies. For the control of dielectric properties of a liquid the length of an internal electrode differs from length of two external electrodes. For numerical 3D sensors modelling the method of the integrated equations and mirror displays is used. The program of numerical calculation is realised in MAPLE. Check on adequacy of model to real designs is checked up.

Abstract
An experimental setup was developed for thermal lensing measurements in the anisotropic diode-pumped laser crystals. The studied crystal is placed into the stable two-mirror laser cavity operating at the fundamental transversal mode. The output beam radius is measured with respect to the pump intensity for different meridional planes (all these planes contain the light propagation direction). These dependencies are fitted using the ABCD matrix method in order to obtain the sensitivity factors showing the change of the optical power of thermal lens due to variation of the pump intensity. The difference of the sensitivity factors for two mutually orthogonal principal meridional planes describes the thermal lens astigmatism degree. By means of this approach, thermal lensing was characterized in the diode-pumped monoclinic Np-cut Nd:KGd(WO4)2 laser crystal at the wavelength of 1.067 μm for light polarization || Nm.

Abstract
The dynamic of free swings of the physical pendulum supported on flat surface by two balls in the process of pre-rolling is examined. The analysis of the main mechanisms which cause the micro-slips of these balls is conducted. The conditions which eliminate the influences of these slipping on this pendulum are received.

Abstract
Construction and algorithm of the photoemission pyrometer based on a photomultiplier are outlined; the calibration procedure is set out. The application of the photoemission method in a rapidly changing temperature is showed. It is proved that during spark plasma sintering the maximal temperature is 5500– 7500 °C, while the speed of temperature increase to its maximum ~108–109 °C/s, and the rate of decrease to 2000–4000 °C may be 106–107 °C/sec. It is recommended to use photoemission method when developing technological conditions, adjustment and control of technological processes using modern high-energy equipment (plasma, laser, cathode-ray tube) to produce new materials, coatings and products for mechanical engineering, electronic industry and medicine.

Impact of registered optical radiation intensity, overvoltage, dimensions of photosensitive surface, structure of p-n junction and avalanche photodetectors dead time operating in the photon counting mode on quantum optical system capacity has been carried out in this investigation. Abstract
The technique of metalware condition estimation is worked out by authors. Questions of its adaptation to the quality assurance of restored and strengthened details and tools with the wearresistant coatings deposited are discussed. Magnetic and durometrie methods of nondestructive control used in order to estimate the exploitation reliability of details with welded coatings. Efficiency of this methods is confirmed.

Necessity of system approach development to measurement modeling for the purpose of maintenance of the trust set level to their results is proved. The decision of a measuring problem subject to determined aim is considered as creation of models sequence: measurement process model and complex measuring channel model.
