Tomasz N. Koltunowicz – Assistant Professor with D.Sc. degree at the Department of Electrical Devices and High Voltage Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Lublin University of Technology, Lublin, Poland; Doctor of Science (Electrical Engineering). Expert in the field of electrical engineering, materials science, science of nanocomposites, physics and technology of condensed matter.

Born in Opatow, January 27-th, 1979. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of Lublin University of Technology with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He is employed in the Lublin University of Technology in Department of Electrical Devices and High Voltage Technology since 2004 as an assistant, assistant professor (docent), assistant professor with D.Sc. degree.

Candidate of science (PhD) in Electrical Engineering, specialty «Electrical Engineering» (in 2011), Doctor of science (Engineering), specialty «Electrical Engineering» (in 2016).

He is author or co-author of 100 articles in journals from Web of Science database, many articles in journals of lower rank and papers published at international conferences, 1 book, co-author of 7 patents. His Hirsch index h = 15 (according to the base WoS on the day 28.10.2016).
