Целью работы являлась разработка метода и построение прибора, позволяющего проводить измерение межвитковых сопротивлений в обмотках электрических машин, в том числе без изъятия его из технологического процесса, и тем самым проводить оценку текущей и дальнейшей работоспособности.</p><p>Разработана структурная схема прибора для измерения межвитковых сопротивлений в обмотках электрических машин, описан метод и построен алгоритм проведения диагностических процедур. Также в результате исследования определены математические зависимости, характеризующие основные операции, выполняемые устройство, и разработана математическая модель получения значения межвиткового сопротивления в диагностируемых обмотках по значению измеренной разности фаз для асинхронного двигателя АИР63В4У3.</p><p>Разработанный метод и прибор на его основе позволяют проводить измерение межвитковых сопротивлений в обмотках электрических машин, в том числе без изъятия его из технологического процесса, и фиксировать дефектообразование на ранних стадиях развития, и тем самым оценивать в режиме реального времени его текущую и дальнейшую работоспособность.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Diagnostic methods applied in the industry do not allow to control the state of electrical machines windings in working condition and to fix the defect formation in them at the early stages of development. The aim of the work was to develop a method and construct a device that allows measuring interturn resistances in the electrical machines’ windings without the need to remove it from the technological process, and thereby assess its current and future performance.</p><p>A block diagram of a device for measuring of interturn resistances in the electrical machines’ windings has been developed, a method has been described, and an algorithm for carrying out diagnostic procedures has been developed. Also, as a result of the study, mathematical dependencies were determined that characterize the main operations performed by the device and a mathematical model was developed for obtaining of the interturn resistance value in the diagnosed windings from the value of the measured phase difference for the AIR63V4U3 asynchronous motor.</p><p>The developed method and a device based on it allow measuring interturn resistances in the electrical machines’ windings without the need to remove it from the technological process and fix the beginning of defect formation, and, thereby, evaluate its current and future performance in real time.</p><p> </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>диагностика обмоток электрических машин</kwd><kwd>межвитковое сопротивлений</kwd><kwd>способ измерения межвитковых сопротивлений в обмотках</kwd><kwd>прибор для измерения межвитковых сопротивлений</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>diagnostics of windings of electrical machines</kwd><kwd>interturn resistance</kwd><kwd>method for measuring interturn resistance in windings</kwd><kwd>device for measuring interturn resistance</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Иванов В.Н.
