Показано, что предложенный приемник субмиллиметрового диапазона позволяет достичь потерь на отражение -26,4 дБ, коэффициента стоячей волны 1,1 и коэффициента полезного действия ~ 98 %. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The uncooled high-performance bolometric detector based on an array of planar resonant elements, located on the double-threaded spiral trajectory in a strictly geometrical order, with microand nanoscales is developed.
