В работе рассмотрены основные этапы создания Национального эталона единицы электрической емкости. Представлен состав эталона, его метрологические характеристики и результаты их исследований с момента создания эталона по настоящее время.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In 2008–2010 the Belorussian State Institute of Metrology established the national electric capacitance standard. The basic steps for creating a national standard are presented in this manuscript.
